Our first collection
Orders are planned to open in November 2026. The expected dispatch information will be shown on each product page before orders open. The sales launch month is not a delivery promise.
Delivery destinations and costs
The destinations available for your order and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place the order. Read our Shipping Policy for delivery information, pre-orders and any applicable restrictions.
Returns and your right of withdrawal
Our Right of Withdrawal sets out the applicable time limits, the information needed to notify us and the steps for returning goods. It also includes the model withdrawal form.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. We do not charge a flat restocking fee for exercising that right.
A damaged, defective or incorrect item?
Email info@sonoftheriver.com with a description of the issue. Your order number and, where useful, photographs can help us understand what happened.
These cases are separate from a change-of-mind return. The return-cost information above does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
