When can I order?
Our first collection is planned to open for orders in November 2026. Until then, you can explore the pieces and join the River List for launch updates. November is the sales launch month, not a promised dispatch date.
What is in the collection?
River Moss is available as a men’s Heavy Hoodie and a women’s Stencil Half Zip. River Cream is offered as men’s and women’s Heavy Hoodies. River Moss carries our landscape backprint; River Cream keeps the back clear. Explore each product for its fit, fabric and current availability.
How do I choose between the fits?
Choose by the shape and measurements you prefer. The women’s River Moss Stencil Half Zip has a regular fit, and the Heavy Hoodies have their own shapes and size guides. A size letter does not mean identical measurements across products. Open the size guide for your chosen piece before selecting a size.
How do I use the size guide?
Open Size guide on the product page. The figures are garment measurements in centimetres, not body measurements. Lay a similar sweatshirt you already like flat and compare its width and length with the table. The product’s size selector shows which sizes are available to order.
When will a pre-order be dispatched?
The expected dispatch information will be shown on the relevant product page before orders open. A pre-order is placed ahead of dispatch; the collection’s November launch does not mean every order will ship in November. If you are unsure about the information shown for a product, ask us before ordering.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

Can I return an order?

Who pays for return shipping?
You bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. This is separate from a problem with a defective, damaged or incorrect item. In that case, contact us so we can help; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
